Driven by a deep curiosity to understand the human experience, my documentary work explores the diverse communities and cultures that shape it. With an anthropological approach, I aim to tell authentic, nuanced stories that reflect people's story, uncovering their beauty, complexity and richness of their lived experiences.
My projects are built on in-depth interviews and the co-creation of photographs, prioritising safety, comfort and mutual respect with the individuals I work with. The themes I explore range from identity and spirituality to community, care, environmental action and human connection.
Through fine art photography, I explore identity, self-expression, folklore, myth, intimacy and the deep connection between people, nature and magic. My work merges the seen and the unseen, the physical and the spiritual, creating poetic visual narratives.
In addition to personal projects, I am drawn to the world of editorial photography, galleries and photobooks, where I seek to bring these stories to a wider audience.
