Cuba

Cuba is a series of images that reflect the everyday livelihood of people in the country. Without a premeditated narrative, the photographs emerged from my experience of approaching and connecting with people, listening to their stories, sharing moments through cigars, coffee, and the sun.

With the camera in hand, I crossed a bridge toward momentary connection rather than simply passing by. The images are traces of these fragments in time.
